One in four British adults will experience at mental ill health in any one year (MIND 2006). This being the case, it is essential that staff who engage with people in housing, social and health care settings have an understanding of the key issues in the field of mental health.

The Tree Frog Training and Development team is led by Andy Hanson and Alison Ball. The team are based in Preston, Lancashire and deliver training packages to organisations and individuals in the North West of England and across the United Kingdom.

We offer a range of exciting, innovative and professional training packages for front- line staff and managers working within arrange of housing, social and health care settings. The aims of our training is to promote awareness of mental health issues and to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge base of staff working with people who experience mental ill health with the intention of improving positive mental health outcomes for those affected. All training packages can be adapted to meet your organisational and individual developmental needs
